Bouquet Care Instructions

 • Trim stems by 1–2 cm at a 45° angle before placing in water

 • Use a clean vase with fresh, cool water

 • Add flower food to the water (as instructed on the packet)

 • Change water and re-add flower food every 1–2 days

 • Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts

 • Do not place near fruit or heaters

 • Remove wilted flowers to extend bouquet life

Flower Box Care Instructions

 • Flower boxes contain floral foam with water inside

 • Add a small amount of water daily (slowly, directly into the foam)

 • Keep in a cool place, away from sun and heat

 • Do not remove flowers from the box

 • Do not overwater — the foam should be moist, not flooded

No Substitutions

Mono bouquets are crafted with a single flower variety. We do not substitute varieties for mono products. For Signature and Sympathy mixed bouquets, basket and boxes minor substitutions may occur due to market conditions; we will preserve the overall style, color palette, and mood.

We use premium, market-fresh stems conditioned for optimal vase life. Please follow included care instructions for best results.

Returns & Refunds

Fresh flowers are perishable and non-returnable. If there is a quality issue on arrival, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will review and, if approved, provide an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or partial credit) at our discretion.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please advise of any allergies or fragrance sensitivities at checkout. We cannot accept returns due to undisclosed sensitivities after delivery.

Delivery & Pickup

We design in advance to protect quality and style. Delivery across NYC & NJ with flat-rate zones. Your delivery fee appears automatically at checkout after you enter the address. Pickup in Jersey City is available.
